Enrique Fajardo Parra

Founder, Senior Consultant

Specialist in business strategy and applied artificial intelligence, with experience in strategic diagnosis, financial modeling, and AI tool development for Colombian business contexts.

His role in every engagement is the same: understand the problem thoroughly, design the right approach, assemble the right specialists, and be accountable for the result. He does not delegate the responsibility — he owns it.

Our story

ANCALOFA was founded in Bogotá in 2024 from a simple conviction: small and medium-sized Colombian companies deserve access to high-quality consulting without the structural overhead or distance of large firms. Founded by someone who has worked in both worlds — corporate and entrepreneurial — ANCALOFA exists to close that gap.

Purpose

Help Colombian business leaders make better decisions — with rigor, with honesty, and with deep respect for each company's reality. We don't work to deliver elegant reports. We work so the client can act.
